95 Percent Group Web Applications

Minimum System Requirements

This is a list of device minimum system requirements to use 95 Percent Group online products and services. Although using the most up-to-date versions and fast Internet connections is recommended, the systems will still run with the minimum specifications, but users may experience slower loading times and system performance (e.g. choppy video display.)  95 Percent Group’s online products and supplemental resources are accessed through one of the following web applications:

• 95 Percent Group’s client portal at https://my.95percentgroup.com/
• One95 Literacy Platform at https://one95.app/
• 95 RAP™ at https://rap.one95.app/

Browser Requirements: 95 Percent Group applications are browser-based and are used over the Internet. PC or Mac computers and Chromebooks are recommended. We recommend Firefox and Chrome for the best user experience. 

Supported Browsers: Generally, the latest released version of recommended browsers are supported.

We highly recommend updating to the current version of whatever browser you are using.  As of October 1, 2023, we support the following web browsers:

• Chrome version 117 or later (including Chrome OS)
• Firefox version 118 or later (Extended Releases are not supported)
• Safari on supported iOS and iPad OS platforms
• Microsoft Edge version 117 or later (Chromium version only)

Required Components: The delivery of certain types of content may require the addition of software applications ("apps") to the computer or mobile device:

• Virtual training will be performed on the Zoom online meeting platform. Client agrees to ensure all participants involved in the training have added necessary software, if any, to their computers prior to the scheduled training and to provide sufficiently robust Internet connection to be used, unless training participants will be joining from home, in which case participants need to be notified of the Internet bandwidth requirements of this service to compare to their home service. • Licensed 95 Percent Group online products and supplemental resources are accessible by licensed users one of the web applications listed above.  

Computer Specifications

•             Screen Size: Minimum resolution of 1366x768 pixels•      Operating Systems:

• All versions of Windows 10 currently supported by Microsoft
• All versions of Windows 11 currently supported by Microsoft
• All versions of macOS currently supported by Apple (11.7 or newer)
• Chrome OS on the Stable release channel

•             Internet Speed: Minimum of 1 Mbps per concurrent licensed user
