How do I get a One95 Lite account?
If your One95 Lite user account has not yet been configured, please complete the steps in our One95 Lite Account Setup article.
Note: Please complete the One95 Lite User Access Request form if you still have not received a password reset email after checking your spam folder.
Why am I unable to log in to One95 Lite?
If you are unable to log in to One95 Lite, please complete the following steps.
1. First, determine your One95 Lite account status by confirming whether you had a legacy Resources and Products Customer Portal account.
- If yes, ensure you have completed the steps in our One95 Lite Account Setup article to configure your One95 Lite account.
- If not, complete the One95 Lite User Access Request form to request access to One95 Lite.
2. Next, determine whether you have completed the password reset steps outlined here.
- If yes, are you seeing a QR code every time you log in? In this case, please complete the steps outlined here.
- If not, please complete both steps in our One95 Lite Account Setup article.
3. Lastly, determine if you are receiving an MFA code error. In this case, please submit a support ticket here.

Where do I find my resources?
The My Favorite Resources section at the top of the Today page is a customizable, scrolling carousel of your commonly used 95 Percent Group resources. Adding resources to this section makes them easily accessible upon login.

By default, the My Favorite Resources section is empty. This does not indicate that your resources are missing or unassigned.

To add resources to the carousel or access teaching materials, click the button labeled Click here to view and add resources.
Alternatively, expand the left-hand navigation panel and click Resources.
Both options take you to the same place: the Resources page.

This page contains your early literacy resources in the platform. Tiles represent the 95 Percent Group resources available to you.
To add any resource to the Today page, click the empty Favorites heart icon on the tile.


All assigned resources can be accessed from the Resources page at any time.
If resources are missing from this page, note that 95 Percent Group Support manages license assignments for One95 Lite users.
Please request access to missing resources by providing a purchase order or invoice here.
Alternatively, please submit your license key from inside the printed material via the One95 Lite User Access Request form.
How do I add license key codes?
Teachers no longer register individual products to their accounts via license key codes.

What does administrator access look like?
There is no administrator-level access in One95 Lite from a resource or role perspective.
If you need a license assigned or unassigned, please complete the One95 Lite User Access Request form.
How do substitute teachers access resources?
One95 Lite enables registered users from 95 Percent Group’s legacy portal, the Resources and Products Customer Portal, to access teaching materials.
One95 Lite access is limited to registered users, per the end-user license agreement (EULA).
