What happened to my legacy account? 

 

One95 Lite users experiencing account problems (e.g., login, missing resources) can continue to use the Resources and Products Customer Portal at https://my.95percentgroup.com to access teaching materials until the issues are resolved. 

 

I need a One95 Lite account. 

 

If your One95 Lite user account has not been configured yet, please create an account at 

https://my.95percentgroup.com and register your products there to begin accessing licensed materials. 

 

95 Percent Group will migrate the next wave of legacy users to One95 Lite soon.


I am having login issues. 

 

Please continue to access teaching materials at https://my.95percentgroup.com until this is resolved.

Resources are missing on the Today page. 

 

The My Resources section at the top of the Today page is a customizable, scrolling carousel of your commonly used 95 Percent Group resources. Adding resources to this section makes them easily accessible upon login. 



By default, the My Resources section is empty. This does not indicate that your resources are missing or unassigned.



To add resources to the carousel or access teaching materials, click the button labeled + Click here to view and add resources. 

 

Alternatively, expand the left-hand navigation panel and click Resources. 


Both options take you to the same place: the Resources page.  



This page contains your early literacy resources in the platform. Tiles represent the 95 Percent Group resources available to you. 

 

To add any resource to the Today page, click the empty Favorites heart icon on the tile. 



Need to make a change? Click the Favorites heart icon again to remove the resource tile from the Today page. 

 

All assigned resources can be accessed from the Resources page at any time. 


Resources are missing on the Resources page. 

 

95 Percent Group Support manages license assignments for One95 Lite users. 

 

To request access to missing resources, start by logging in to https://my.95percentgroup.com and taking a screenshot of the My Online Resources and Products table displayed on the homepage.


Then, submit the screenshot to 95 Percent Group Support for assistance.

How do I add license key codes? 

 

Teachers no longer register individual products to their accounts via license key codes. 

 

To request access to missing resources, start by logging in to https://my.95percentgroup.com and taking a screenshot of the My Online Resources and Products table displayed on the homepage.


Then, email the screenshot to 95 Percent Group Support for assistance.

What does administrator access look like? 

 

There is no administrator-level access in One95 Lite from a resource or role perspective.  

 

If you need a license assigned, contact 95 Percent Group Support for assistance.


How do substitute teachers access resources?  

 

One95 Lite enables registered users from 95 Percent Group’s legacy portal, the Resources and Products Customer Portal, to access teaching materials. 

 

One95 Lite access is limited to registered users, per the end-user license agreement (EULA).
