Saved assessments within the 95 Literacy Intervention System™ (LIS) can be removed from student records by the assessor.

Removing an Assessment

Users who administered and saved a digital diagnostic assessment can remove the history from One95 at any time.

There are two steps to removing an assessment:

  • Selecting the record from the Student Details page
  • Removing the assessment from the Assessment Summary page

Student Details Page

To remove an assessment, navigate to the desired Student Details page.

Access the Student Details page by selecting a listing or student info card within the Today page's My Activities or My Students tabs, respectively.

Select saved assessments from the Assessment History table to remove them.

Green checkmarks in the leftmost column of the table indicate assessments have been completed and saved.

Note: It is advisable to enter the correct assessment into the system before the incorrect assessment is removed.

Assessment Summary Page

After selecting saved assessments from the Student Details page, you will arrive at the Assessment Summary page.

From here, remove the assessment by clicking Remove.

Note: Users who did not administer the assessment will only see the Exit button.

After clicking Remove, click Yes, Please Remove to confirm. This action cannot be undone.

You will return to the Student Details page. The assessment will be removed from the student's Assessment History table.

If the student’s latest Phonics Screener for Intervention (PSI) assessment was removed:

  • The corresponding vertical bar within the student’s sparkline will be removed and reflect the skill results of the last PSI assessment evaluated (if applicable)
  • The data within the grouping sandbox of the Groups page’s Setup New Intervention Cycle tab will be removed and reflect the skill results of the last PSI assessment evaluated (if applicable)
