Table of Contents
The Groups page’s Intervention Plans tab features a power grid that serves as your school’s collaborative grouping space within the 95 Literacy Intervention System™ (LIS).
Access the Intervention Plans tab by selecting Groups from the navigation panel and clicking Intervention Plans in the menu at the top of the page. Contact your main district contact if you need to work on grouping and cannot access the Groups page.
The power grid lists every student in the plan grade level(s) that has been administered at least one saved Phonological Awareness Screener for Intervention™ (PASI) or Phonics Screener for Intervention™ (PSI) assessment below proficiency in the current school year or is assigned to any of the active Tier 2 groups in the school.
Below proficiency is defined as scoring less than 80% in the prompt words section of any PASI skill and less than 90% in the pseudowords section of any PSI skill.
Students involved in active groups related to the current plan will not appear in the power grid if their grade was not selected during plan creation. This occurs when students are added to plan groups from the Groups page’s Active Groups tab.
Assessment Data Filtering
The Assessment Date Range section in the Automate subtab displays the current school year's date range, which is used to filter the assessment data considered in the power grid for each automated grouping method. This ensures only relevant data for the current school year is included in grouping workflows
One95 Administrators define your district's school years in the Settings page’s Environment tab.
A default date range will be displayed if:
- One95 Administrators have not modified the default current school year
- Defined school years do not include the current date
- No school years have been defined
Student Organization
Grouped students in the current plan are listed before ungrouped students.
- Grouped students are sorted alphabetically by group name, then by last name, then by first name.
- Ungrouped students are sorted alphabetically by last name, then by first name.
Note that the GROUPS column displays students’ Tier 2 group participation in the current plan.
Grayed-Out Students
Students are grayed out if they are already involved in an active Tier 2 group in the school.
Note that if students are grouped in another plan in the Planning status, they are eligible for grouping in the current plan.
