Paper and pencil assessments or revised digital diagnostics within the 95 Literacy Intervention System™ (LIS) can be back-entered into the system.
Back-Entering an Assessment
Assessments can be back-entered to enter previously administered paper and pencil assessments into the LIS or to correct the student’s record after incorrectly saving digital assessments.
To back-enter an assessment, navigate to the desired Student Details page.
Access the Student Details page by selecting a listing or student info card within the Today page's My Activities or My Students tabs, respectively.
The Actions panel is used to immediately deliver an assessment or schedule it later for yourself or another person.
Select the past administration date in the Assess On Date field while completing the Actions panel.
Click START ASSESSMENT once the Actions panel is complete.
The back-entered assessment will be completed identically to live assessments.
If you are back-entering a paper and pencil assessment, the Notes section can be used to document that the assessment was given on paper instead of digitally.
Once saved, predated assessments will appear chronologically within the Student Details page's Assessment History table.
